We approached WLK after a personal recommendation. Keith Patterson is that rare person: someone who listens to what you want and translates it into eminently practical form. He made a few suggestions – we hadn’t thought of them – with which we wholeheartedly agreed. The work was carried out to the very highest standard and entirely within the time frame agreed at the outset – and below our budget. Six months later, we remain delighted with the result.
